Summer mini sessions

Where will they be?

I will be running socially distanced outdoor mini sessions at the beautiful Mayfield Lavender Farm, Banstead at the end of July or at a local park in the Surbiton/Richmond/Kingston area throughout July.

When will they be?

The lavender mini sessions will be on Wednesday 29 July with the slots at 9am, 9.30am; 10am; 10.30am. Each slot is 20 minutes long, which is plenty of time for a variety of shots. Please make sure that you arrive in plenty of time for your slot though. My assistant will meet you and bring you to the spot where I am shooting, keeping to social distancing guidelines at all times. Other park mini sessions will be throughout July.

How much does one of these mini sessions cost?

The price for these summer sessions is £175. This includes:

  • A What to Expect guide with tips on what to wear and how to prepare for your session
  • A 20-minute photography shoot
  • Your own password-protected online gallery featuring at least 25 images from which you can choose your favourites. Your gallery will be live for 7 days so that you can share it with friends and family and make your selections.
  • Five digital images of your choice on USB, all beautifully presented in a gift box. You may buy digital images or products in addition to those included in your mini shoot if you wish, but you are under no obligation to do so.  I have lots of beautiful ways to display your images after your shoot including albums, mini albums, framed prints and canvases as well as gift prints.

How do I book?
Please email or call me to let me know your time of choice. I will then send you an invoice for £50 to reserve your slot (deductible from your session fee) and send over your What to Expect guide. Before the session we will have a chat about who will be coming on the shoot and how you’d like to display your photos.

What if it’s raining on the day?
The last thing I want is for you all to be shivering and/or wet on your photo shoot so if the weather is bad we will postpone. I will contact you the day of the shoot or just before if the forecast is particularly bad. I want  you to enjoy the shoot and have fond memories of it as you look at the photos, not to shiver at the memory.

What if I want to buy a session as a gift?
A voucher for a summer portrait session would make a lovely gift.  I offer beautifully designed, personalised vouchers which are presented in a gift box. Please get in touch if you would like to book a session as a gift.

I’d prefer an indoor session. Are you running any studio sessions?
I’m not running any studio sessions at the moment until the guidelines allow me to do so safely. But I can offer a virtual photo shoot via Facetime if you want an indoor shoot. Please see here for details. This only works if you have an iPhone 6 or later and can run Facetime on it though.
